At certain points in our lives we need help to see ourselves more clearly and understand how to enrich our lives. I work to understand what is going on and develop a process with you, encouraging you to turn towards issues rather than away from them.

In my 15 years of private practice, I have used a compassionate and customized approach with each individual. I work together with patients to evaluate what is needed and determine the best plan for your particular needs, leading to a therapeutic approach that feels right and possible.

Articulating what’s on your mind is the first step toward feeling better. How did you arrive at this juncture in your life, and how do you make a shift toward feeling stronger?
